A conformation Email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process. And second email will be sent out after the shipment has been sent out through UPS or USPS with tracking number within one business day.
We currently ship to any address in the United States, including APO, FPO and PO Box. At this time, we do ship to outside the United States by EMS.
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order with fast delivery time. Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. We do not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments.
Shipment Delivery Time:
Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select. Your expected delivery date will be presented to you by track from carrier web site. Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped on the day you order if the shipping center receives the order prior to 2 PM Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays. Orders received by the shipping center after 2 PM local time will be shipped the next business day. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. Your expected delivery date will be presented to you at the time of your order.

USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground $5.99; it take 5-7 days (Within US continental 48 States)
USPS Priority or UPS Air $19.99; it take 2-4 days (All US by Air)
International EMS $29.99 (Any Country under 5 pound)
Orders Damaged in Shipping:
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call Elite Labs Inc Customer Service 626-289-2572 to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Customer Service to make arrangements to refund the damaged order.
Credit card fraud will be reported to the FBI immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address will be forwarded.
We accept returns on all merchandises which is dissatisfaction. Dissatisfactory products must be reported to us within five (5) days of the date of receipt and returned no later than thirty (30) days of the date of receipt.
All return should be accompanied by invoice number. Please, before returning a purchase you must contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will issue a full credit of return merchandise excluded shipping cost (we do not pay for your return shipping charge)
Returned goods must be sent back within 30 days prepaid and insured for the full amount by a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
