(II) For all rush package or locate in state of HI and AK and Virgin Islands and Guam, it will be shipped by U.P.S. AIR or U.S.P.S. Priority It take 1-2 business days. Shipping charges are FLAT RATE $19.99 per shipment

(III) For all International or Domestic next day express orders welcome, it will be shipped by U.S.P.S. Express Shipping charges are FLAT RATE $29.99* per shipment
